Brian and Stephanie's journey began in 2008 when they bonded over a shared love for dogs, travel, and renovating. Their first Valentine's Day together involved tearing out a wall and repainting their kitchen, setting the tone for their future endeavors. Initially, they spent their time road-tripping across the US in a MINI Cooper and renovating their own home. Their passion soon extended to helping friends and family with their home projects. In 2014, after experiencing significant family losses, they decided to chase their dreams full-time. They quit their jobs, purchased a neglected foreclosure, and transformed it into a charming home. This experience ignited their passion for renovation. Seeking a warmer climate, they relocated to Florida with Stephanie's mom, their pets, and all their tools packed into an RV. Through a series of coincidences, they discovered Nocatee, where Brian fell in love with the community. Although initially hesitant, Stephanie soon embraced the move.
Living in the RV for seven months while waiting for their new home to be built, Brian and Stephanie renovated another property in Jacksonville. The move to Nocatee marked a significant transformation in their lives and business. Neighbors began requesting decorative upgrades, and Brian and Stephanie found joy in these projects over full-scale renovations. They shifted their focus from rehabbing old houses to creating custom decorative details and built-ins for Nocatee residents. The community's support has been instrumental in their business's growth, allowing them to work on projects that blend beauty and functionality. In their spare time, Brian and Stephanie explore Saint Augustine, try new restaurants, and embark on RV adventures with their Corgis, Winnie and Pooka, who have visited 26 states. They are excited about the future and the continued twists and turns of their adventure.
